• • Senior Director of SMB Account Executives at KnowBe4, Inc., leading a team of SMB Account Executive Directors and SMB Account Executives to drive revenue and improve sales performance in the Washington, DC area.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring team and subordinate SMB employee statistics, partnering with the Director of Training to set up coaching and improve sales performance, ensuring SMB Directors assist subordinates in managing accurate pipelines and exceeding sales goals, assisting with recruitment, conducting bi-monthly pipeline reviews, meeting/exceeding revenue objectives, maintaining accurate reporting and pipeline management, providing accurate forecasting to sales leadership, and providing genuine recommendations on hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees.
