• • The Senior Director, People Business Partner GTM serves as a strategic advisor to the President, Chief Customer Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer, translating business priorities into people strategy for Delinea’s global Go-to-Market organization of ~500 employees spanning Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping multi-year people strategy, leading organizational design and workforce planning, driving talent reviews and succession planning, coaching leadership on performance culture, providing expert guidance on complex employee relations across global jurisdictions, and using people analytics to inform organizational health and engagement initiatives.
