- • Senior Director, Platform Technology – Lead the strategic direction and execution of Coates Group’s technology platform to power dynamic, smart, personalised, and engaging customer experiences for global brands.
- • Drive the architecture, development, and scalability of proprietary content management systems, digital hardware integrations, and signage solutions across 50+ global markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and innovation roadmap.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and customer success to deliver reliable, high-performance technology that supports award-winning deployments, including the largest hardware deployment in Quick Service Restaurant history.
- • Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous evolution within a family-owned business with startup agility, empowering teams to innovate while maintaining rigorous standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading large-scale technology platforms in global enterprise environments, preferably in retail, hospitality, or digital signage sectors.
- • Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, API-driven systems, and integration of hardware with software platforms.
- • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing C-suite and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- • Experience managing complex, multi-site deployments and ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability across international markets.
- • Background in technology strategy, roadmap planning, and delivering measurable business impact through innovation.
