• • As a Senior Director of Product Management at Ironclad, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our AI contracting platform, specifically by leading the charge for our critical Platform team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the foundational infrastructure that powers Ironclad's innovative solutions, including identity and access management, core document services essential for storage and processing, and the underlying platform architecture. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing the data services layer, ensuring secure and efficient exposure of our valuable data to trusted partners through robust APIs and an MCP server.
• • Your strategic vision will extend to defining and developing connectors to key third-party enterprise systems, such as SAP and others, thereby expanding Ironclad's integration capabilities and market reach. A significant aspect of this role is to conceptualize and articulate a forward-looking strategy that identifies new growth avenues for Ironclad, exploring untapped potential to increase customer penetration, drive usage, penetrate new markets, and effectively displace competitors. This requires a deep understanding of the market landscape and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities.
• • You will be responsible for managing, inspiring, and cultivating a high-performing product management team. Your leadership will empower this team to significantly influence the trajectory of the Ironclad business, driving innovation and execution across all product initiatives. This includes fostering an environment where new ideas can be rapidly tested, nurtured, or discontinued based on their viability and impact, ensuring that resources are always directed towards the most promising ventures.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD), Legal, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to ensure seamless product development and successful market introduction.
