- • Define and lead enterprise-level digital product strategy across a complex portfolio including Express Scripts PBS, Express Scripts, EnGuide Pharmacy, Evernorth, and Accredo.
- • Translate business priorities into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans that align with customer needs and organizational goals.
- • Own the end-to-end digital product experience, ensuring consistency, quality, and seamless integration across all customer touchpoints and channels.
- • Drive value-based prioritization of product investments using data insights, business impact, and customer outcomes to guide decision-making.
- • Champion a test, learn, and scale mindset to continuously optimize product performance and deliver measurable results.
- • Serve as the primary digital product leader and point of accountability, aligning cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, analytics, content, and operations.
- • Influence and align senior executives and stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization to enable clear decision-making and unified execution.
- • Lead the strategic adoption of AI and emerging technologies to drive innovation, differentiate digital experiences, and maintain market leadership.
- • Continuously inform product strategy with competitive analysis, industry trends, emerging digital capabilities, and voice-of-the-customer insights.
- • Build, lead, and develop high-performing product teams and digital product leaders supporting web and mobile experiences.
- • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within product organizations.
- • Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, measure performance, and optimize product outcomes.
- • Ensure product strategies are grounded in measurable business and customer value, with clear KPIs and outcome-based evaluation.
- • Partner closely with platform, engagement, and operations teams to deliver cohesive, integrated digital solutions across the enterprise.
- • Operate with systems thinking to connect priorities across the organization and enable scalable, aligned product delivery.
- • Maintain deep expertise in data-driven product management and decision-making frameworks.
- • Ensure all digital product initiatives are informed by patient and customer communication experiences within the healthcare industry.
- • Lead the scaling of product organizations beyond team management to include organizational design, capability building, and leadership development.
- • Maintain compliance with required home internet standards: minimum 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload via cable broadband or fiber optic service.

- • Proven experience leading digital product strategy within healthcare, with focus on patient and customer communication experiences
- • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling product organizations, not just managing existing teams
- • Experience leading web and mobile product portfolios and delivering integrated, omnichannel digital experiences
- • Strong understanding of emerging digital channels and technologies with experience deploying innovative capabilities at scale
- • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive enterprise-wide alignment
- • Deep expertise in data-driven product management and decision-making

- • Annual salary range of $183,500 - $305,800 USD
