- • Lead and evolve customer delivery at Camunda as Senior Director of Professional Services, driving strategic leadership and operational excellence to ensure clients rapidly realize measurable business outcomes from the process orchestration platform.
- • Oversee a global Professional Services team of managers, individual contributors, and subcontractors; coordinate with delivery partners; and collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to create a seamless, value-driven customer journey from initial engagement through expansion.
- • Camunda is a fully remote, global leader in enterprise agentic automation, trusted by over 700 innovators including Atlassian, ING, and Vodafone, recognized as a Visionary in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for BOAT, and certified as a Great Place to Work with true flexibility via Flexa.
- • Drive delivery innovation, optimize methodologies and tools, reduce time to first value, and build long-term partnerships by turning agentic orchestration strategies into reality for enterprise clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Information Systems, Business Informatics, or Computer Science.
- • Practical experience managing and growing high-performance Professional Services teams or customer delivery in enterprise environments with a strong track record.
- • Deep experience in enterprise customer delivery, driving adoption, managing complex engagements, and delivering measurable business outcomes at scale.
- • Background in process automation, BPM, or process orchestration; familiarity with Camunda is a strong plus.
- • Strong cross-functional collaborator able to align Sales, Customer Success, and delivery teams around a unified, value-driven customer journey.
- • Ability and/or willingness to use Camunda’s product.
