  • • Ensono is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Senior Director, Sales to lead our efforts within the Banking and Financial Services sector.   • • In this pivotal role, you will be directly accountable for generating new bookings and acquiring new clients by leveraging a consultative engagement process. This position demands a proven track record of selling complex, "as-a-service" technology offerings. You will operate as a self-functioning sales unit, requiring a high degree of motivation and the ability to forge strong partnerships with Sales Engineering, Operations, and Marketing teams within the business.
  • • As a strategic thinker and self-starter, your focus will be on developing innovative solutions and solving complex business problems for our clients. You will employ a consultative sales approach, demonstrating a multi-dimensional mindset that balances valuable past experiences with an adaptive incorporation of new approaches and market developments in this fast-paced industry.
  • • Exceptional presentation skills are essential, as you will need to communicate professionally and persuasively in written responses to RFPs, emails, and reports, as well as in verbal client interactions. As a senior leader within the Ensono Sales organization, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of a deal, ensuring proper execution and establishing robust relationships with both internal stakeholders and C-level client executives.
  • • Key responsibilities include proactively identifying new revenue opportunities and cultivating new and existing senior-level relationships to drive significant account and revenue growth. You will champion client relationships by providing thought leadership and expert consultation, aligning client business needs with Ensono's comprehensive suite of products and partner services.
  • • A critical aspect of this role involves effective cross-functional collaboration. You will partner closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and deliver compelling solutions. You will also drive contract negotiations for both new and existing business, working in tandem with our Legal department.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineering and clients to define solutions, articulate value propositions, and develop pricing scenarios. A significant part of your role will be developing and delivering persuasive proposals to prospective clients. Furthermore, you will represent Ensono at industry events, conferences, and seminars, acting as a key brand ambassador.
  • • Effective communication is paramount. You will be expected to convey information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, both internal and external, articulating the business value and product specifics of Ensono's offerings. You will be encouraged to challenge current thinking, assumptions, and the status quo to foster innovation and drive exceptional results.
  • • This leadership role also includes the responsibility for recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing account executive team. You will ensure the successful management of your business unit, leveraging Sales Operations and the SFDC framework for accurate reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • • Success in this role means not only achieving but consistently exceeding sales targets by understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within the Banking and Financial Services sector. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys and demonstrating how Ensono's capabilities can enable them to achieve their most critical business outcomes. Your ability to build rapport, understand complex financial services operations, and translate technical solutions into tangible business benefits will be key to your success.
  • • You will be instrumental in shaping Ensono's go-to-market strategy for this critical vertical, identifying market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging client needs. Your insights will directly influence product development and service offerings, ensuring Ensono remains at the forefront of the industry.
