- • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives across the Central region, including Chicago, Minneapolis, and Wisconsin.
- • Drive new business growth and account expansion across Nexxen’s product suite, including Managed Service, PMPs, Hybrid, CTV, OLV, and Display solutions.
- • Build and deepen executive-level relationships with agencies, brands, and key holding companies in the assigned territory.
- • Develop strategic account plans and guide complex negotiations throughout the entire sales cycle to secure enterprise-level deals.
- • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets using data-driven insights.
- • Leverage audience insights, market intelligence, and sales analytics to shape regional sales strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
- • Represent Nexxen at client meetings, industry conferences, and public events to showcase the company’s differentiated technology stack and capabilities.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, Client Success, and Commercial leadership to ensure seamless execution and customer alignment.
- • Recruit, hire, mentor, and retain top sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- • Serve as a senior leader within the Central Commercial organization, contributing to regional culture, communication, and operational excellence.
- • Maintain deep expertise in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and data platforms, to effectively advise clients and teams.
- • Ensure consistent delivery of personal and team sales goals through strategic planning, performance tracking, and targeted coaching.
- • Promote Nexxen’s core values — Customer Centric, Curious Mindset, Collaborative with No Ego — within the sales team and across the organization.
- • Support the VP of Sales in shaping broader market strategy and expanding Nexxen’s market share in the Central region.
- • Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving advertiser needs to position Nexxen as a trusted partner in advanced TV and programmatic advertising.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of Sales Management experience, preferably within an Ad Tech organization.
- • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, preferably programmatic.
- • Proven track record of selling programmatic digital media offerings to Independent Ad Agencies and Holding Companies.
- • Experience working at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, DMP, or other online advertising technology company.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams while achieving personal and team revenue goals.
- • Strong strategic skills in directing sellers, interpreting sales analytics, and setting individual contributors up for success.
