  • • The Senior Director, Sales leads and inspires a high-performing team of Sales Managers and Sales Representatives in the Optical Lens industry, driving revenue growth and strategic market expansion.
  • • Day to day responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing sales teams to exceed targets; overseeing territory management; defining and communicating performance expectations and KPIs; utilizing Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and forecasting; developing strategic sales plans; building relationships with key customers such as optometrists, ophthalmologists, opticians, and lab partners; collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations; monitoring market trends and competitor activity; delivering performance updates to executive leadership; and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer success.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • • Minimum of 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance of direct reports
  • • Progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in the optical or healthcare industry
  • • Demonstrated success in growing revenue and leading high-performing sales teams
  • • Expertise in Salesforce CRM and leveraging data for performance management
  • • Strong understanding of the optical lens market, including sales to doctors and labs
