  • • The Senior DLP Security Analyst at OpenDeal Inc. plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s sensitive data by designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies. This role is essential to maintaining regulatory compliance, protecting intellectual property, and preventing data breaches that could harm the company’s reputation and financial standing.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the design, implementation, maintenance, and operational oversight of enterprise DLP solutions; monitoring and analyzing DLP alerts to detect potential data exfiltration; investigating incidents and recommending remediation actions; developing, enforcing, and refining DLP policies to prevent unauthorized data access, transfer, or leakage; partnering with IT, Compliance, HR, and Legal teams to ensure alignment with data protection standards; maintaining detailed documentation of DLP configurations, policies, and incident response procedures; staying current on emerging threats, AI/GenAI risks, and evolving regulatory requirements such as NIST and CIS frameworks; mentoring junior analysts and providing expert guidance during high-severity incidents; and integrating DLP platforms with SIEM systems to improve threat visibility and correlation.
  • • The Security team at OpenDeal Inc. operates within a mature cybersecurity function that prioritizes proactive risk management and cross-functional collaboration.
