- • Wisp is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Senior E-commerce Marketing Manager to spearhead site performance across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) telehealth platform. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional who thrives on driving growth, optimizing user journeys, and leading cross-functional initiatives to elevate our online presence and revenue.
- • As the Senior E-commerce Marketing Manager, you will be the central architect of our site testing roadmap, meticulously planning and overseeing a continuous cycle of experimentation aimed at enhancing conversion rates and user experience. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire testing lifecycle, from initial ideation and hypothesis generation to rigorous design, quality assurance, launch, in-depth analysis, and the strategic rollout of winning tests. You will collaborate closely with our dedicated testing agency, or leverage internal platforms, to ensure experiments are built and validated effectively, identifying key areas of funnel leakage and developing data-driven hypotheses to address them.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves translating the insights and successes from these experiments into actionable, permanent feature requirements, working hand-in-hand with our Product and Engineering teams. This ensures that our platform continuously evolves based on user behavior and performance data, driving tangible improvements in key e-commerce metrics.
- • Furthermore, you will take ownership of our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and App Store Optimization (AEO) strategy, providing critical strategic input to ensure these efforts are tightly aligned with overarching business objectives and product roadmaps. You will be instrumental in driving the implementation of SEO/AEO recommendations across content, technical infrastructure, and user experience, working collaboratively with various internal teams.
- • A key component of your role will be managing our external SEO/AEO agency relationship. This involves closely monitoring organic performance, reporting on growth opportunities, and demonstrating the impact of these initiatives on our business. Your ability to effectively manage agency partners will be crucial in maximizing the return on our SEO/AEO investments.
- • Beyond strategic oversight and execution, this position includes direct team leadership. You will manage and mentor the E-commerce Marketing Manager (Site Merchandiser), fostering their professional growth, building their confidence, and instilling a strong sense of accountability. Your leadership will be vital in elevating the team's overall performance, embedding operational rigor, and ensuring excellence in all site-related launches and initiatives.
- • This role acts as the essential connective tissue between our Growth, Product, Engineering, and Paid Media departments, as well as external agencies. Your ability to foster strong, collaborative partnerships across these diverse functions will be paramount to driving conversion rate optimization, sustainable organic growth, and overall revenue performance across the Wisp website.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a potent combination of sharp analytical thinking, deep expertise in experimentation, and unwavering operational rigor. Crucially, you must also demonstrate a strong ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders towards common goals. If you are passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful business outcomes and eager to contribute to a mission-driven company in the healthcare space, this is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact.
- • You will be responsible for identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce success, tracking progress against these metrics, and providing regular, insightful reports to senior leadership. This includes analyzing website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, customer lifetime value, and other critical e-commerce metrics. Your insights will inform strategic decisions and resource allocation, ensuring Wisp remains at the forefront of the DTC telehealth market.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to identifying emerging trends in e-commerce marketing, A/B testing, and SEO/AEO, and translating these into practical strategies for Wisp. You will stay abreast of competitor activities and industry best practices to maintain Wisp's competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.
- • Ultimately, you will be accountable for the overall health and performance of the Wisp e-commerce platform, ensuring it effectively serves our patients and contributes significantly to the company's growth and mission.
