This role is a dynamic blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and client relationship management, requiring you to be a media planner, an insightful analyst, a collaborative leader, and a trusted consultant.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive media plans, meticulously crafting channel mixes that align with and amplify client objectives. This involves a deep dive into performance data to uncover actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • • A key aspect of this role is serving as the primary point of contact for clients, embodying the agency's commitment to fostering strong, positive, and enduring relationships. Your ability to translate complex data and strategies into clear, concise, and compelling communication will be paramount in building trust and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • • Collaboration is central to this position. You will work hand-in-hand with our specialized channel experts, guiding day-to-day media strategy, defining test parameters, and rigorously dissecting campaign results. Simultaneously, you must possess the autonomy to understand how these media efforts impact the broader business landscape, bringing this holistic perspective to collaborative discussions.
  • • Think of yourself as the quarterback of the client's growth strategy team. You will possess an intimate understanding of the entire playbook, capable of rallying diverse talents towards achieving ambitious goals, much like driving a team towards a game-winning touchdown.
  • • In your initial month, you will immerse yourself in Growth Strategy's core processes and tools, gaining proficiency in leveraging unique data sources, such as post-purchase survey data, to refine media mix recommendations. You will begin to proactively influence strategy for select client accounts, making data-driven recommendations on budget allocation and channel focus based on overall store performance and client goals.
  • • You will also provide crucial support to senior team members, assisting with essential tasks like performance reporting and strategic spend adjustments, gaining valuable experience and insight into high-level client management.
  • • Looking ahead, you will evolve into an autonomous Growth Strategist, taking full ownership of the day-to-day strategic responsibilities for a portfolio of key clients. This includes the creation and diligent maintenance of quarterly roadmaps, ensuring strategic alignment and forward momentum.
  • • A core long-term responsibility will be to confidently make informed budget and media mix recommendations, grounded in a thorough analysis of business performance against identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), both for current periods and future projections.
  • • You will be responsible for ongoing performance reporting, not just presenting data, but offering insightful recommendations that directly support client goals and build upon learnings derived from rigorous data analysis.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve leveraging post-purchase survey data to inform and drive top-of-funnel media strategies, ensuring a cohesive and effective customer journey.
  • • You will establish critical business KPIs and translate them into actionable, in-platform targets for channel specialists to optimize against, creating a clear path to success.
  • • Driving proactive and ongoing collaboration with channel specialists will be essential for problem-solving, identifying performance opportunities, and implementing innovative solutions.
  • • You will lead client calls, serving as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and needs, ensuring a seamless and responsive client experience.
  • • Furthermore, you will contribute to the refinement and development of agency best practices, sharing your expertise and insights to elevate the entire team's capabilities.
