- • As a Senior Education Operations LMS Administrator at NICE Ltd., you will serve as the subject matter expert for the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) platform, owning end-to-end LMS administration to ensure seamless, high-quality learning experiences for employees, customers, and partners while driving efficiency through automation and continuous improvement.
- • Day to day, you will manage and maintain learning objects (ILT, eLearning, certifications, assessments), administer user roles and permissions, provide operational support through troubleshooting and escalation handling, execute bulk data operations and transcript management, review and test CSOD quarterly releases, develop reports and dashboards for learning analytics, and drive process improvements and AI-enabled enhancements in partnership with Training, IT, and vendor teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5 to 7 years of work experience
- • Hands-on experience administering Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) or similar LMS platforms
- • Strong expertise in LMS configuration, content setup, and transcript management
- • Solid understanding of learning operations and LMS workflows
- • Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- • Working knowledge of SCORM/API standards, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and REST APIs
