📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) platform, owning end-to-end LMS administration and system maintenance.
• Manage and maintain all learning objects including instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning modules, certifications, and assessments, along with associated system settings such as assignments, approvals, and notifications.
• Administer user roles, permissions, groups, and access controls to ensure appropriate system access and data security across employees, customers, and partners.
• Provide operational support by troubleshooting LMS issues, handling user requests, and managing escalations in a timely and effective manner.
• Execute bulk data operations, manage learning transcripts, and perform data governance activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review, test, and validate CSOD quarterly releases to ensure system readiness, stability, and quality before deployment.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver reports and dashboards to support learning analytics and inform strategic decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement through process automation, workflow optimization, and implementation of AI-enabled enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Training, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery of learning programs and ongoing system optimization.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality in all LMS configurations and administrative tasks.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate proactive ownership and a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance learning operations and user experience.
• Apply working knowledge of SCORM/API standards, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and REST APIs to support LMS integrations and content delivery.
• Utilize reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to generate actionable insights from learning data.
• Support the NICE-FLEX hybrid work model with 2 days per week in the Pune office and 3 days remote, focusing office days on collaborative meetings and team innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of work experience in LMS administration
• Hands-on experience administering Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) or similar LMS platforms
• Strong expertise in LMS configuration, content setup, and transcript management
• Solid understanding of learning operations and LMS workflows
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Working knowledge of SCORM/API standards, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and REST APIs
