- • The Senior Employee Listening Manager plays a critical role in evolving MongoDB’s global employee listening strategy, tooling, analytics, and action planning processes to scale with organizational growth and ensure culture is measured and reflected in listening initiatives.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading the design and execution of holistic employee listening measurement strategies, including lifecycle and ad hoc surveys (e.g., 360), integrating insights across the talent lifecycle, and partnering with the Culture, Talent & Development team and People Team to identify critical people issues and deliver actionable insights.
- • The role is part of the Culture, Talent, and Development (CTD) leadership team, which oversees culture and talent building programs including leadership development, employee learning, talent management, engagement, listening, and inclusion.
- • In this role, the individual will develop thought leadership on innovative solutions for assessing the talent lifecycle using AI and advanced analytics, lead enterprise-wide survey action planning, enable self-service manager tools, and manage stakeholder relationships across levels to ensure timely communication and follow-up on insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of proven experience with program managing end-to-end talent lifecycle measurement, specifically related to survey insights, executive summaries, and action planning
- • Experience in people or talent analytics, including advanced analytical skills, with demonstrated ability in synthesizing and interpreting employee data
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- • Ability to integrate, analyze, and effectively communicate insights to all levels of the organization
- • Experience working directly with leadership and stakeholders at all levels and functions to define and implement solutions
- • Demonstrated ability to create creative and compelling insights leveraged by multiple teams in an asynchronous setting
- • Strong track record of project management skills, including delivering strategic and tactical solutions in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- • Excellence in written communication and project documentation

- • Demonstrated track record and exceptional judgment handling sensitive data
