  • • Quantiphi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engagement Manager to lead a dynamic team of business analysts and engineers. This pivotal role is instrumental in building and driving innovative solutions and delivering critical insights that enhance business efficiency and elevate customer experiences.   • • As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will be entrusted with the end-to-end delivery management of multi-functional, medium to large-scale AWS programs. Your responsibilities will encompass meticulous project planning, rigorous delivery assurance and verification, diligent tracking and reporting, and proactive risk identification and mitigation planning. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring our customers achieve their desired financial benefits and transformative outcomes, while continuously identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • • You will collaborate closely with engineering leads to strategize and execute multi-year roadmaps for a diverse portfolio of products, applications, and services. A key aspect of this role is ensuring the highest quality of execution, anticipating potential customer challenges, and resolving them with speed and efficiency to drive satisfaction, achieve desired outcomes, and cultivate a positive customer and partner experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 8 years of experience in delivering digital transformation projects to global clients, with a strong emphasis on program management, client service, and/or management consulting.
  • • Proven team management experience, including recruiting, motivating, and developing highly skilled staff focused on service delivery and key performance metrics.
  • • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with a strong aptitude in business analysis and leveraging quantitative analysis techniques for decision-making.
  • • Knowledge of leading teams on projects using agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP), with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with technical and business leaders at all organizational levels.
  • • Familiarity with emerging trends in business research, data science, AI, ML, and cloud computing; AWS exposure is a significant value addition.
  • • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced, and time-sensitive work environment.
