• • The Senior Engagement Manager at Dataiku plays a critical role in ensuring successful client implementations of the Dataiku platform, driving value realization through effective project delivery, team leadership, and customer collaboration. This role bridges technical execution and business outcomes, helping enterprises operationalize AI at scale.
• • Day to day, the Senior Engagement Manager will manage client relationships, oversee implementation services from estimation to delivery, lead service delivery teams, manage project budget, scope, and schedule, identify and mitigate risks, assess customer feedback to refine offerings, facilitate technical discussions with engineering and data science leads, prioritize work based on KPIs and team capacity, and coordinate product lifecycle workflows and release activities.
