- • As a Senior Engineer specializing in DevOps/DataOps, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of FICO's Generative AI initiatives, operating at the forefront of language model applications.
- • You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable, and resilient data and Machine Learning (ML) pipelines, infrastructure, and workflows. This involves leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Crossplane, Terraform, and Helm to ensure seamless deployment and operation.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management. You will utilize cloud-native services, with a strong preference for AWS, employing tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Crossplane to create efficient and repeatable infrastructure deployments.
- • You will play a critical role in designing, containerizing, and managing Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and/or ECS environments within AWS. This includes collaborating closely with development teams to optimize performance, streamline deployment processes, and manage costs effectively.
- • Your responsibilities extend to partnering with existing DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to guarantee the high availability, observability, scalability, and security of our critical data and ML infrastructure.
- • You will work hand-in-hand with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to operationalize machine learning models. This involves building and maintaining sophisticated CI/CD pipelines specifically designed for model training, validation, and deployment, ensuring a smooth transition from development to production.
- • Implementing comprehensive observability for data pipelines and ML services is a core function. You will utilize tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar solutions to gain deep insights into system performance and health.
- • Developing and maintaining automated pipelines for model retraining, monitoring for concept drift, and managing model versioning in production environments will be crucial for ensuring the ongoing effectiveness of our AI solutions.
- • You will actively support experimentation and prototyping in advanced areas like Machine Learning and Generative AI, with a clear mandate to transition successful prototypes into production-ready systems.
- • Ensuring that our cloud infrastructure is secure, compliant with industry standards, and cost-efficient is paramount. This requires adherence to best practices in cloud governance, identity and access management, and security policy enforcement.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to make a measurable impact by bringing next-generation AI capabilities into production, contributing to FICO's leadership in the analytics software space.
- • You will collaborate with a world-class team of engineers and data scientists, fostering innovation and accelerating the adoption of advanced AI technologies across FICO's extensive platform.
- • The work involves integrating services at scale, troubleshooting complex operational issues, and ensuring the reliability and performance of mission-critical systems that power FICO's solutions in fraud detection, decision automation, workflow orchestration, and system optimization.
- • You will be at the cutting edge of language model applications, contributing to solutions that enhance FICO's offerings and provide significant value to clients in over 100 countries.
- • This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building and scaling infrastructure for advanced AI workloads.
