• • As a Senior Engineer, you will collaborate closely with product owners, fellow backend engineers (Java & Python), data scientists, and other business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into well-engineered, scalable, and maintainable solutions. This role embodies a 'build it, own it' philosophy, where you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of backend services, from initial architecture and design through to testing, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
• • A key aspect of this position involves integrating pre-trained Machine Learning models into the services you develop. This requires a strong understanding of how to interface with ML pipelines and ensure seamless operation within the broader backend infrastructure. You will work cross-functionally with various teams and departments on a day-to-day basis, ensuring efficient project execution and a relentless focus on delivering tangible value to our members.
• • You will be expected to regularly align your team’s vision and roadmap with the target architecture within your domain.
