- • As Senior Director of Product Security at College Board, you will lead the security strategy for a modern, cloud-native SaaS ecosystem serving millions of students and educators, ensuring secure-by-design practices across the software development lifecycle.
- • You will provide strategic technical leadership by executing a forward-looking product security strategy, owning and maturing the secure SDLC, establishing standards for AWS-based cloud-native systems and AI-enabled features, and translating emerging threats into actionable engineering guidance.
- • You will build and lead a high-performing security engineering team by coaching and developing team members, setting high technical standards, attracting exceptional talent, and fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous growth.
- • You will partner effectively with business and technology teams by improving developer experience through automation and clear standards, establishing measurable security indicators, integrating AI-assisted tooling securely, and growing a culture of security and privacy across product teams.
- • College Board’s Product Security team is a close-knit group of security engineers and technical leaders focused on building secure, resilient, cloud-native products through partnership, clarity, and real-world impact, working closely with product and engineering teams to identify risk early and solve hard security problems.
- • In this role, you will drive measurable reductions in systemic risk and security debt, strengthen trust in College Board’s products, and create the structure and partnerships needed to raise the bar on product security organization-wide while advancing your leadership in application, cloud, and AI security domains.
