📋 Description

• As a Senior Engineering Manager at Savvy Insurance Services, Inc., you will lead three high-performing engineering teams building the AI-powered platform that modernizes wealth management for independent financial advisors, enabling them to scale their practices and deliver better client outcomes.
• You will own delivery health, drive team growth and retention, coach engineers, stay hands-on with code reviews, architectural decisions while remaining hands-on with code reviews and technical decision-making, partner closely with Product and Design at the NYC HQ, and bridge engineering execution with a fully remote LATAM team working in overlapping hours.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing remote or distributed engineering teams
• 3+ years managing engineers, including owning delivery, performance, hiring, and growth for a team
• Strong full-stack or platform engineering depth with comfort across Rails, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL
• Strong system-design judgment applied to guiding architecture and raising team instincts
• Based in or willing to relocate to NYC and work in person at HQ
