• • As a Senior Engineering Manager, BizOps at Babylist, you will lead a team that builds the AI-powered engine running the business—focusing on Customer Service, Merchandising, and Health domains to transform high-friction, human-intensive operations into scalable, intelligent systems.
• • Day to day, you will own end-to-end technology and process transformation, leading engineers to automate CS workflows, compress vendor onboarding from weeks to hours, and build intelligence layers for insurance eligibility and payment workflows, all while partnering directly with executive leadership to shape Babylist’s AI transformation strategy.
• • Babylist is a remote-first company with over 9 million annual users, reshaping the $320 billion baby product industry through its registry, e-commerce, and content platform, backed by over $1 billion in annual GMV and $500M+ in 2024 revenue, with a culture that embeds AI as an expectation, not an experiment.
• • In this role, you will develop a repeatable AI operating model, coach engineers to grow into stronger operators, and drive measurable business impact by redefining how work gets done—using AI not just as a tool, but as a core part of how teams structure decisions, ship software, and solve operational complexity at scale.
