📋 Description

• • Lead a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, QA, and DevOps within Autodesk’s Field Delivery group, ensuring reliable software delivery for construction workers in low-connectivity, high-stakes field environments.
• • Manage day-to-day operations including one-on-ones, performance reviews, hiring, contractor oversight, budgeting, and resource allocation while fostering a culture of transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• • Partner with product, security, privacy, compliance, and trust teams to align engineering efforts with organizational standards, drive incident response, and maintain high-quality, secure releases across the codebase.
• • Develop technical and leadership expertise by owning end-to-end delivery, improving CI/CD and test coverage, mentoring engineers, and influencing cross-functional strategy in a mission-driven enterprise shaping the future of design and construction.
