- • Engage directly with C-level and executive decision makers at large enterprise customers to identify new automation opportunities and expand UiPath’s footprint within strategic accounts
- • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives to maximize wallet share and drive long-term revenue growth
- • Manage and forecast a complex sales pipeline with precision to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise clients, ensuring seamless coordination across all aspects of the customer lifecycle
- • Collaborate closely with internal teams including solutions engineering, professional services, and product to enhance customer satisfaction, resolve challenges, and improve product direction based on client feedback
- • Conduct regular business reviews with enterprise stakeholders to track strategic progress, align on goals, and reinforce the value delivered by UiPath’s automation solutions
- • Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers, key customers, and strategic partners to strengthen UiPath’s market position and thought leadership
- • Drive adoption of UiPath’s sales processes and performance metrics to ensure consistency, accountability, and excellence in enterprise selling practices
- • Act as the voice of the customer within UiPath, translating client needs and market insights into actionable input for product development and go-to-market strategy
- • Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts to grow usage, increase contract value, and unlock new use cases across departments and geographies
- • Maintain a deep understanding of automation technologies, digital transformation trends, and enterprise procurement processes to position UiPath as a strategic partner, not just a vendor
- • Navigate complex, matrixed enterprise environments to secure buy-in from technical, financial, and operational stakeholders across multiple decision-making layers
- • Represent UiPath at industry events, customer advisory boards, and executive forums to elevate brand visibility and credibility among target enterprise accounts
- • Balance strategic account planning with hands-on sales execution, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing large-scale enterprise deals
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to ensure visibility into pipeline health, customer engagement, and forecast reliability
- • Align with regional and global sales leadership to contribute to territory strategy, market expansion initiatives, and enterprise go-to-market priorities
- • Demonstrate consistent adherence to UiPath’s values of curiosity, generosity, and authenticity in all client and internal interactions
- • Maintain flexibility in work location and schedule to accommodate client meetings, travel needs, and business requirements across the Shanghai region and broader China market
