📋 Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from initial prospecting to closing contracts valued at $60K–$480K+ annually, with 30–90 day close windows across mid-market and enterprise clients in the $50M–$2B+ revenue range.
  • Build pipeline by sourcing accounts and prospecting into senior marketing and insights leadership, while also rigorously managing inbound leads.
  • Conduct discovery conversations focused on quantifying the cost of making decisions without reliable consumer intelligence — not on research budgets or methodology preferences.
  • Construct multi-threaded deal committees across Finance, IT, Legal, CMO, and VP Insights, tailoring value propositions to each stakeholder: ROI for Finance, security for IT, and confident decision-making for CMOs.
  • Position Suzy as a decision-intelligent layer that complements — not competes with — existing AI tools like Copilot, Gemini, or Claude, emphasizing synthesized signal over raw data or automation.
  • Frame Suzy’s pricing as an investment against the financial risk of poor decisions, such as a $5M product misstep, ensuring price is never the first conversation.
  • Overcome objections rooted in inertia, internal build arguments, or the belief that "we already have data," by clearly distinguishing between data availability and decision-ready insight.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering on complex enterprise deals to align technical capabilities with business outcomes.
  • Contribute to and shape the sales playbook, establishing new patterns, talk tracks, and approaches that define how the team sells Suzy’s AI-powered decision intelligence platform.
  • Educate buyers on the hidden costs of delayed or uninformed decisions, transforming abstract business questions into quantifiable financial impacts.
  • Sell into verticals where brand and consumer insight are strategic priorities, including CPG, retail, financial services, and technology.
  • Compete against legacy vendors and internal development efforts by demonstrating Suzy’s unique ability to deliver fast, confident, and actionable intelligence.
  • Operate in a fully remote environment with flexible time off, managing enterprise sales across the United States without geographic constraints.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience selling AI, data, analytics, or consumer intelligence platforms that enable better business decisions, not just task automation
  • Demonstrated success selling into CPG, retail, financial services, or technology verticals where consumer insight drives strategic outcomes
  • Experience overcoming "we already have AI tools" objections and replacing legacy vendors or competing against internal build initiatives
  • Foundational sales experience at a company known for rigorous, process-driven sales methodologies

🏖️ Benefits

  • Base salary: $110K–$150K depending on experience and geography
  • OTE: $220K–$350K+ (uncapped)
