Your primary mission will be to open new doors, forge strategic alliances, and significantly influence how these platforms integrate, commercialize their offerings, and scale their operations with Adyen's robust capabilities. You will be at the forefront of shaping the future of embedded finance within the platform economy.
- • You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a significant emphasis on net-new customer acquisition. This involves proactively identifying, pursuing, and securing opportunities within the software platform and marketplace sectors to strategically expand Adyen’s ecosystem. Your ability to understand the unique needs of these businesses and articulate Adyen's value proposition will be critical.
- • Leading long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes will be a core responsibility. This requires adeptness at aligning various internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Finance, and senior leadership, with the external client's stakeholders. You will orchestrate these interactions to ensure a cohesive and successful sales engagement.

- • Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers within target enterprise customers is paramount. Your ability to engage, influence, and demonstrate value at the highest levels will be crucial for securing and growing these strategic accounts.
- • You will collaborate closely with our global Product, Account Management, and Professional Services teams. This cross-functional collaboration is essential to ensure the successful onboarding of new partners and to foster their long-term growth and success on the Adyen platform. - • You will be responsible for understanding the intricacies of platform business models, including how they monetize their services and how payments are integrated into their user experience. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically focused on selling platform or embedded technology solutions.

- • Demonstrated experience navigating long, complex enterprise sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- • Strong ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
