  • • Senior Enterprise Account Executive role focused on winning and growing strategic enterprise accounts in Germany and beyond, driving revenue through insight-led selling and full sales cycle ownership.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and executing territory plans, creating net-new pipeline via outbound prospecting and partner motions, leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles with CFO/CIO/Procurement leaders, owning business cases and negotiations, and partnering with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to ensure successful implementation and expansion.
  • • BLP Digital is a fast-growing, self-financed SaaS scale-up spun out of ETH Zurich and HSG, specializing in agentic AI for ERP automation, with live deployments in 40+ countries, 20,000+ daily active users, and automation of 70,000+ processes daily for Fortune 500 enterprises.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience or equivalent complex solution sales with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • • Proven ability to lead insight-led enterprise sales cycles, including challenging customer assumptions, quantifying business impact, and mobilizing cross-functional buying committees.
  • • Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with CFO, CIO, Head of Shared Services, and procurement leaders in complex enterprise environments.
  • • Experience managing complex, multi-threaded deals using frameworks like MEDDICC, with disciplined forecasting and close collaboration with presales and post-sales teams.
  • • Fluency in both English and German (or another major European language) to effectively engage with regional stakeholders.
