- • As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Perforce Software, you will be at the forefront of driving significant revenue growth for our cutting-edge Puppet solutions within the German and Central Eastern European (CEE) markets. This is a pivotal role for an experienced, high-energy sales professional who thrives on exceeding targets and building lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
- • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing deals and managing renewals. Your primary focus will be on new business acquisition, but you will also play a crucial role in driving revenue from services and ensuring customer retention through successful renewal strategies.
- • This position demands a deep understanding of enterprise account selling, including the ability to quickly establish substantial sales pipelines, accurately identify key business drivers for potential clients, and articulate the compelling value proposition of Puppet’s IT infrastructure automation solutions.
- • You will engage with decision-makers at the Director level and above, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how Puppet can empower their organizations to innovate, strengthen security, enhance compliance, and improve business resiliency.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of consistently exceeding enterprise software sales quotas in the German and CEE markets.
- • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enterprise account executive roles, specifically selling complex software solutions, preferably in IT automation, DevOps, or related fields.
- • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline from scratch and effectively navigate long, complex sales cycles.
- • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and the DevOps landscape.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and Director-level stakeholders.
- • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- • Existing network of contacts within enterprise IT departments in Germany and CEE is a significant advantage.
- • Experience working with and leveraging channel partners for sales success.
