  • • Drive significant top-line revenue growth by spearheading the acquisition of new Enterprise customers within the UKI Public Sector.
  • • Develop and execute strategic penetration plans for top-tier accounts, identifying key stakeholders and understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.
  • • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional Zendesk products and services to existing customers, thereby optimizing account revenue and profitability.
  • • Cultivate and nurture key customer relationships, ensuring maximum satisfaction and retention through a consultative and value-driven approach.
  • • Foster long-term strategic partnerships with clients, positioning Zendesk as an indispensable solution provider.
  • • Leverage data insights, customer intent signals, and adoption history to effectively prospect new clients and refine retention strategies.
  • • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates in the new business pipeline and enhance retention and expansion of existing client accounts.
  • • Create comprehensive quarterly territory plans, outlining actionable tactics and strategies to increase Zendesk's market share within the Enterprise Public Sector.
  • • Demonstrate a deep and nuanced understanding of Zendesk's product suite, expertly aligning solutions with clients’ specific business objectives to drive product adoption and ensure customer success.
  • • Lead and manage complex, value-centric sales cycles, including multi-month deals with intricate proof-of-concept stages, particularly for high-revenue generating customers.
  • • Consistently develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring an accurate sales forecast to exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • • Establish and maintain strong C-level executive sponsorship within target accounts, utilizing industry expertise to build rapport and trust with key decision-makers and internal champions.
  • • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams, including Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, to optimize sales strategies and drive seamless sales execution.
  • • Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals by employing a consultative sales methodology, utilizing exceptional communication skills to present compelling business cases and articulate clear value propositions.
  • • Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Zendesk solutions, staying abreast of the competitive landscape, emerging industry trends, and evolving customer needs within the Public Sector.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to Public Sector organizations, understanding their procurement processes, regulatory requirements, and strategic priorities.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and best practices within the Enterprise sales team.
  • • Represent Zendesk at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and generating new business leads.
  • • Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • • Travel to customer locations as required to build relationships and close deals.
