- • The Senior Enterprise Architect at Veeam Software Group GmbH designs, documents, and guides the implementation of technical solutions for customers following the sale of Veeam products, translating business requirements into scalable, secure architectures aligned with Veeam best practices.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical discovery sessions, developing high-level and detailed solution architectures, producing low-level design documents and implementation plans, creating reference architectures, defining project scope and estimates, leading hands-on implementation of Veeam solutions (on-prem, cloud, Kasten), providing technical oversight during deployment, supporting PoCs and workshops, guiding partner-driven implementations, troubleshooting complex technical challenges, collaborating with Pre-Sales, Sales, and Customer Success teams, engaging customers and partners to drive solution adoption, serving as a trusted advisor translating business goals into technical strategies, and evaluating emerging technologies in containers, security, and hybrid cloud to enhance architectures.

🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive IT experience, including solution architecture or technical leadership roles
- • Deep expertise in data protection, backup & recovery, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity
- • Hands-on experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and container security
- • Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise storage
- • Proven experience leading transformation initiatives for large enterprise customers
- • Solid understanding of networking, security, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST), and IT governance
- • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- • Experience in post-sales consulting, professional services, or solution delivery
- • AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, VMware VCP, CISSP (or equivalent) certifications required
