- • Own and manage the full lifecycle of enterprise identity and access management systems including SSO, MFA, user provisioning, and deprovisioning to enforce the principle of least privilege across all systems.
- • Conduct regular audits of user access controls and implement remediation plans to close security gaps and maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise device management platforms such as Jamf and Intune to ensure all endpoints are hardened, patched, and compliant with security standards.
- • Manage software deployment, updates, and troubleshooting for end-user applications across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, maintaining detailed documentation and user guides for all rollout procedures.
- • Administer and support critical collaboration tools including Google Workspace, Office 365, and enterprise ticketing systems to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and user adoption through training and documentation.
- • Deliver frontline technical support for hardware and software issues to remote employees across multiple time zones, responding with urgency to critical incidents such as account lockouts and access emergencies.
- • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all IT assets and manage the full lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance.
- • Partner with the information security team to align device configurations, access controls, and endpoint protections with broader organizational security initiatives and compliance frameworks.
- • Implement and improve workflows for device provisioning and software distribution to reduce friction for end users and increase operational efficiency.
- • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate non-technical employees on best practices for secure system usage and tool adoption.
- • Monitor and optimize the performance of email systems, VPNs, and endpoint security solutions to ensure seamless, secure operations across a distributed workforce.
- • Respond to and resolve complex cross-functional technical issues by coordinating with engineering, security, and HR teams to ensure timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
- • Drive continuous improvement of IT infrastructure by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and executing enhancements that support the company’s transition to an AI-native operating model.
- • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for support ticket resolution and maintain high standards of responsiveness and customer service for all internal employees.
- • Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support for critical IT outages and security incidents, maintaining system reliability and minimizing downtime.
- • Stay current with evolving IT security standards and emerging technologies to proactively enhance the organization’s infrastructure and mitigate emerging risks.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- • 5+ years of experience in an enterprise IT administration role with focus on identity management, device management, and security best practices
- • Proficiency with identity management platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Rippling, or similar)
- • Hands-on experience with MFA tools, VPNs, and endpoint security solutions
- • Familiarity with device management tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, or similar)
- • Knowledge of collaboration tools administration (e.g., Google Workspace, Office 365, or ticketing systems)
