- • As a Senior Enterprise SDR at Flagright, you will be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy for the EMEA region. Your primary mission will be to identify, engage, and qualify key decision-makers within target fintech and banking organizations. This involves a multifaceted approach, encompassing strategic cold calling, crafting personalized and compelling outreach campaigns, conducting in-depth prospect research to understand their unique challenges and needs, and ultimately, securing high-quality meetings for our Account Executive team.

You will work closely with a global team, operating across different time zones, and will have direct access to the founders, providing you with invaluable insights and the opportunity to influence the evolution of our sales and product strategies. - • Success in this role requires a proactive and strategic mindset. You will be expected to develop and execute innovative prospecting strategies, leverage various sales enablement tools, and collaborate effectively with marketing and sales leadership to refine our messaging and targeting. Your feedback from the front lines will be crucial in shaping our product roadmap and sales processes, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of financial crime compliance technology.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a B2B SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR) role.
- • Demonstrated experience in prospecting into or qualifying enterprise-level accounts (organizations with 1,000+ employees).
- • Relevant industry knowledge in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure, gained either directly or through closely related roles.
- • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Europe for client meetings and industry events.
