  • Elliptic Enterprises Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join our dynamic global sales team. Reporting directly to the VP, APAC, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new, high-value customers within the APAC region, with a primary focus on the Financial Institution segment. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a subject matter expert in our cutting-edge products, understand their application in solving complex customer challenges, and navigate the intricate regulatory landscape impacting our clients in the APAC market.
  • As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in educating prospective customers on how Elliptic's solutions can effectively protect them from the most complex crypto-related crimes. Your expertise will enable you to demonstrate how our tools offer scalable, efficient, and highly automated protection, thereby safeguarding their operations and reputation.
  • You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to prospecting, conducting compelling product demonstrations, developing tailored proposals, negotiating contract terms, and ultimately closing deals. Your success will directly contribute to profitable revenue growth and the achievement of ambitious sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and proactively engage with prospective Enterprise accounts across the APAC region, opening doors to new business opportunities.
  • Develop, implement, and scale effective sales strategies to acquire and onboard new enterprise clients.
  • Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations, tailoring them to showcase how Elliptic's solutions address specific prospect challenges and business needs.
  • Manage all aspects of commercial discussions, including negotiation of terms and conditions, and successfully closing business.
  • Attend customer meetings, industry events, and conferences, both virtually and in-person, as required, to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Leverage a suite of sales technologies, including Salesloft, Lusha, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other relevant tools, to optimize prospecting efforts, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., technical, legal, marketing) to ensure the successful acquisition and retention of Enterprise accounts in a sustainable and scalable manner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the crypto asset regulatory environment in APAC and how it impacts financial institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, within target organizations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the digital asset and blockchain space.
  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral and best practices.

  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services, capital markets, and asset management sectors.
  • A proven track record of successfully hunting new enterprise logos and engaging with C-suite executives.

  • A natural curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • The capacity to work with pace and energy, fostering team spirit, unity, and commitment.
  • Experience thriving in a hybrid work environment.
  • Demonstrated success in applying complex B2B sales methodologies and deal management strategies, with a mandatory understanding of MEDDPICC.
  • Our ideal candidate will also have:
  • Extensive experience in the B2B SaaS world, specifically in an outbound sales capacity.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding targets, building robust sales pipelines, and winning new customers through solution selling to large Enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling into multiple diverse markets across the APAC region.
  • Proven success in managing sales cycles ranging from 6 to 12 months, often involving RFI/RFP processes.
  • A history of effectively selling to C-suite executives and ideally, a pre-existing network that can be leveraged for introductions.
  • A strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable creating value in less structured environments while remaining agile and resilient.
  • A genuine passion for the Web3, Blockchain, and Digital Assets enterprise ecosystem.
  • Fluent or native command of the Mandarin language.
  • Flexibility to adapt working hours to accommodate global team collaboration and client needs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the APAC region.
  • Bonus points if you:
  • Currently work within the digital assets industry and possess a strong network in the digital assets community.
  • Have knowledge of compliance regulations, including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
  • Are proficient in Japanese or Korean.
