  • • As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer at ClickUp, you will serve as a critical technical partner to the Sales and Customer Success teams, driving revenue growth by designing and delivering tailored technical solutions that address complex customer needs and accelerate deal velocity in enterprise accounts.
  • • You will partner closely with sales and success teams to deliver compelling technical presentations that clearly articulate ClickUp’s product capabilities, integrations, and value proposition to prospective and existing clients, translating technical features into business outcomes that resonate with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, deploying, and managing customer-specific proof of value (PoV) projects that demonstrate tangible ROI and help move deals forward by showcasing how ClickUp solves real-world workflow challenges.
  • • You will build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for prospective clients’ management teams, leveraging ClickUp’s reporting and analytics features to provide data-driven insights that support decision-making and highlight opportunities for process improvement and productivity gains.
  • • You will assist with the functional and technical components of RFPs, ensuring accurate, timely, and persuasive responses that align ClickUp’s solution with customer requirements while maintaining technical feasibility and strategic positioning.
  • • You will stay current on new feature releases and maintain updated demo environments to ensure sales teams have access to the most relevant, realistic, and compelling product demonstrations that reflect real customer use cases.
  • • You will collaborate with internal teams including product, engineering, and customer success to relay customer feedback, influence product roadmap priorities, and ensure seamless handoffs from pre-sales to post-sales implementation.
  • • You will apply your expertise in business process mapping and diagramming to visualize current and future state workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending ClickUp-based solutions that drive adoption, change management, and measurable business outcomes.
  • • You will operate in a hybrid work model requiring an average of three days per week onsite, enabling deeper collaboration with teammates, participation in in-person customer meetings, and stronger integration into ClickUp’s culture and operational rhythms.
  • • You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where autonomy, initiative, and cross-functional teamwork are valued, and where your ability to prioritize competing demands with urgency and optimism directly impacts customer success and company growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technology role, preferably in pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or sales enablement, with a proven track record of delivering technical solutions that support sales cycles.
  • • 2+ years of demonstrable success working directly with enterprise-level clients, including understanding complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and executive-level communication.
  • • Hands-on experience with AI and large language models (LLMs), integration platforms (such as Unito, Workato, Zapier, or Integromat), web services, APIs, and cloud application deployment processes that support digital transformation and change management.
