• • As a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our new customers. You will lead the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, project management prowess, and exceptional client-facing skills. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the setup and configuration of the Zip platform to meet their unique procurement needs.
• • Your core responsibility will be to lead project teams in onboarding new customers. This involves meticulous stakeholder management, deeply understanding client requirements, and translating those needs into actionable implementation plans. You will be expected to "roll up your sleeves" and actively build out the customer’s procurement processes from scratch, leveraging the capabilities of the Zip platform to create optimized workflows.
• • Proactive project management will be a key aspect of this role. You will be managing multiple customer onboardings concurrently, meticulously tracking requirements, tasks, and timelines to ensure all projects stay on schedule and deliver exceptional results. This requires a highly organized and detail-oriented approach to manage competing priorities effectively.
• • A significant part of your role will involve empowering our customers through comprehensive training and support. You will lead training sessions and Q&A forums for customers and their key stakeholders, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize the Zip product independently. The goal is to foster self-sufficiency and maximize the value our customers derive from the platform without requiring ongoing, intensive support from Zip.
• • Collaboration is central to success at Zip. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to provide critical feedback from the front lines. This includes contributing to discussions about which customer requests align with our product vision and which do not, helping to shape the future roadmap. You will also be responsible for setting realistic expectations with customers regarding product capabilities and timelines.
• • Ultimately, your mission is to do whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve successful onboarding as quickly as possible. This means being adaptable, resourceful, and committed to overcoming any obstacles that arise during the implementation phase.

By identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement, you will help our customers accelerate their time to value and ensure a consistently positive experience with Zip.
