- • As a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant at Zip, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of Zip’s AI-powered procurement platform for enterprise customers, ensuring they can secure resources faster through seamless integration of Zip’s solution into their existing finance and procurement workflows.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading project teams through end-to-end customer implementations, managing stakeholder expectations, configuring the platform to match client processes, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape feature priorities based on real-world customer needs.
- • You’ll work with a diverse range of high-growth technology companies including Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, and Databricks, gaining exposure to varied procurement landscapes while contributing to Zip’s mission of transforming enterprise procurement through AI orchestration.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS implementations, strengthen your stakeholder and project management skills, influence product direction through customer feedback, and become a trusted advisor who drives measurable time-to-value for clients across industries.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3 to 6 years of experience implementing or administering finance or procurement tools such as Coupa, SAP S/4HANA (Procurement and AP), SAP Ariba Buying/Invoicing, Oracle Fusion/EBS, Workday, NetSuite, or Sage
- • Germany fluency (spoken and written) is required for effective client communication and collaboration
- • Strong data management skills with proven ability to handle large sets of sensitive customer data in MS Excel
- • Excellent communication and documentation abilities, with a proactive mindset and extreme attention to detail
