📋 Description
- • As a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant at Zip, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of the AI-powered enterprise procurement platform for new customers, ensuring they can secure resources faster through intelligent orchestration across teams, tools, and suppliers.
- • Day to day, you will lead end-to-end customer implementations by understanding requirements, configuring the product to solve business problems, conducting training and Q&A sessions, managing project timelines across multiple clients, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions based on customer feedback.
- • You will join a high-impact team at Zip, an AI procurement platform trusted by industry leaders like T-Mobile, OpenAI, AMD, Mars, Dollar Tree, Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, and Databricks, backed by top investors and recognized for innovation and rapid growth.
