📋 Description
- • As a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant at Zip, you will lead the onboarding and implementation of the AI-powered procurement platform for enterprise customers, ensuring they can quickly realize value from the product.
- • Day to day, you will lead end-to-end customer implementations, configure the Zip platform to meet client needs, conduct training sessions, manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape feature priorities based on customer feedback.
- • Zip is an AI-driven procurement platform trusted by industry leaders like T-Mobile, OpenAI, and Snowflake, backed by top-tier investors and recognized for innovation in fintech and enterprise software.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS implementations, strengthen your stakeholder management and consulting skills, influence product direction, and accelerate your career in a fast-growing, mission-driven startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years’ experience in Procurement/Sourcing Manager, ERP/P2P Systems Consultant, or managing key customer/stakeholder relationships in a B2B SaaS company
- • Prior experience with implementation or administration of procurement tools or ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion, Netsuite)
- • Fantastic communication skills and extreme attention to detail
- • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into product decisions
- • Ability to push back constructively while maintaining customer satisfaction
- • Comfort with software configuration (technical skills a plus but not required)
