📋 Description

• Senior Event Marketer responsible for owning and elevating Abridge’s presence through strategic event execution that builds trust, drives pipeline, and reflects brand values in healthcare AI.
• Day-to-day includes end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of owned and third-party events (trade shows, executive forums), aligning with sales and revenue goals, managing vendor and agency relationships, driving event analytics, and supporting ABM-informed email and social campaigns.
• Abridge is a mission-driven healthcare AI company founded in 2018, transforming clinical documentation through generative AI, with offices in San Francisco, New York, and Pittsburgh, and a team of MDs, AI scientists, engineers, and creatives focused on responsible AI deployment.
• The role offers opportunity to develop strategic event leadership, deepen commercial acumen in healthcare tech, influence cross-functional go-to-market strategy, and grow expertise in ABM and executive engagement within a high-growth, impact-driven startup.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of event planning experience in corporate or high-growth startup environments
• Proven track record of end-to-end event execution tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes
• Experience with both owned events and third-party conference strategy (executive dinners to large-scale conferences)
• Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and executive engagement strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functionally
• Willingness to travel domestically for events
• Background in or passion for healthcare is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
