- • As a Senior Execution Program Manager (PM) at Global HR Solutions, Inc., you will be a pivotal transformation leader within the Performance Excellence (PE) organization, driving critical initiatives that shape the future of program and project management across the company. This role is instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing sustainment of RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) principles, concepts, and tools, directly impacting operational efficiency and program predictability. You will be at the forefront of integrating disparate processes and systems, leveraging digital technologies to streamline operations and enhance overall program performance, making a tangible difference in how complex projects are managed and executed within a leading aerospace and defense company.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic and impactful. You will lead continuous improvement and sustainment initiatives focused on RLPM principles, concepts, training, and other assigned projects, ensuring that best practices are embedded and continuously refined. A significant part of your role will involve collaborating with and influencing RTX business leaders, fostering a culture of change and driving the integration of consistent, scalable solutions that transform program and project management practices. You will coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and sustain essential training programs and business capabilities, meticulously integrating diverse processes and systems to bolster program performance and predictability. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive change management strategies that span the entire project lifecycle, from initial strategy and development through to production and long-term sustainment. A key function will be to develop, maintain, and support the configuration management of all RLPM templates, artifacts, resources, and tools, ensuring their accuracy, accessibility, and relevance. Occasional travel will be required to participate in domestic business engagements, fostering collaboration and driving initiatives across different locations.
