📋 Description

• The Senior Executive Assistant supports senior leadership in the Americas, primarily the VP of Financial & Strategic Partnerships, enabling them to focus on high-impact work by managing complex administrative and operational demands.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars across time zones, coordinating meetings and events, preparing communications and documents, handling travel logistics, managing expenses, and providing ad-hoc support for office functions and new initiatives.
• The role sits within the People & Talent team, which is dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering an inclusive, innovative, and high-performing culture across Airwallex’s global offices.
• This position offers the opportunity to gain deep exposure to executive-level operations, refine strategic support skills, and contribute to the smooth functioning of a fast-growing, mission-driven fintech company with global reach.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years of experience in an EA/ABP role supporting senior executives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Suite, Confluence, and Zoom
• Diligence, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility, especially regarding confidential matters
• Experience fostering a positive, collaborative, and spirited work environment
