📋 Description
- • As a Senior Executive Assistant at Morpho Inc., you will serve as a critical force multiplier for the CEO in a high-growth DeFi startup, directly enabling strategic focus and operational excellence by owning end-to-end executive logistics in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
- • You will protect the CEO’s time and attention by managing complex scheduling across time zones, coordinating high-signal meetings with clear agendas and buffers, and reducing scheduling friction through proactive prioritization and decision rules that safeguard deep work.
- • You will manage all aspects of executive travel, including last-minute changes, risk mitigation, and seamless execution, ensuring the CEO can move efficiently across global engagements without disruption.
- • You will triage incoming communications across email, Slack, Telegram, and other channels by filtering noise, drafting concise, high-context replies for review, and maintaining communication completeness while accelerating response times.
- • You will design and implement AI-powered workflows using tools like Claude, AI agents, and automation platforms to eliminate repetitive tasks, build scalable playbooks for recurring executive operations, and continuously improve operational efficiency through technology.
- • You will exercise sound judgment in making reversible, low-impact decisions independently while promptly escalating high-stakes issues, acting as a trusted operator who keeps the CEO informed only when necessary.
- • You will contribute to a culture of high autonomy, low ego, and radical transparency, where open context-sharing and mutual support are norms, and where challenging assumptions is encouraged to drive better outcomes.
- • You will help systematize core executive operations over time by creating lightweight, repeatable cadences and procedures that increase reliability without adding complexity, turning ad-hoc processes into scalable infrastructure.
- • You will grow alongside Morpho’s mission to democratize access to capital through open financial infrastructure, gaining deep exposure to cutting-edge DeFi and fintech innovation while developing elite executive support capabilities in a mission-driven, high-impact setting.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience supporting executives in fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up environments
- • Proven hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, AI agents, or similar automation tools
- • Strong ownership of complex, multi-timezone calendars with high meeting volume and demonstrated ability to protect executive focus time
- • End-to-end travel planning expertise, including comfort with last-minute changes and risk mitigation
- • Excellent written communication skills with ability to draft concise, high-context messages for executive review
- • High judgment, autonomy in decision-making, and clear escalation instincts for reversible vs. high-stakes decisions
- • Fluency in Google Workspace, Slack, Telegram, and Notion
- • Exposure to or strong curiosity about crypto, fintech, or decentralized finance
- • Humble, low-ego mindset with a commitment to teamwork and continuous learning
