  • • As a Senior Executive Assistant (Part-Time) at Masabi Ltd, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and Operating Group, playing a pivotal role in enabling leadership effectiveness across a global, fast-moving organisation. This is not a traditional administrative role but a high-impact partnership focused on turning conversations into action, protecting executive focus, and ensuring operational clarity across time zones and initiatives.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing agendas and materials for Operating Group meetings, Board sessions, and All Hands; capturing decisions and tracking actions to completion; managing complex, multi-time-zone calendars for the CEO and senior leaders; balancing competing priorities with sound judgement; coordinating investor-facing meetings and confidential initiatives such as M&A; preparing secure, professional documentation; arranging international travel; managing expenses responsibly; building strong cross-functional relationships across the UK and North America; bridging communication styles and time zones; identifying opportunities to improve how the Operating Group works together; and maintaining discretion and calm in high-pressure, sensitive environments.
  • • Masabi is a purpose-driven innovator in fare payment technology, powering seamless transit experiences for millions globally through its Justride platform, used in over 250 locations including major cities worldwide. The company partners with industry leaders like Uber, Moovit, and Transit, and fosters a culture of openness, trust, and empowerment where individuals are encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work. As a remote-first organisation with a London hub, Masabi values flexibility, inclusion, and continuous learning, offering employees the chance to grow while contributing to a mission that makes transit fair and accessible for all.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced executive support skills, deepen your understanding of global business operations and leadership dynamics, and gain exposure to high-stakes areas such as investor relations, M&A, and board governance. You will refine your ability to influence through clarity and discretion, strengthen cross-cultural communication, and contribute directly to organisational effectiveness — positioning yourself as an indispensable enabler of strategic execution.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Significant experience supporting C-level or senior executives in fast-paced, global environments
  • • Strong written skills with the ability to distil complex discussions into clear summaries and actions
  • • High emotional intelligence and sound judgement, especially in sensitive or high-pressure situations
  • • Confident working across cultures and time zones, building trust quickly with senior stakeholders
  • • Experienced in handling confidential information with care and discretion
  • • Proficient in modern workplace tools such as Google Workspace and Slack, and open to adopting AI-based productivity tools

🏖️ Benefits

  • • 25 days of holiday per year plus the option to buy another 5 days pro-rated

  • • Life Insurance and Menopause support
  • • Training allowance of up to ÂŁ1,000 per year
  • • ÂŁ200 annual allowance for home office needs or improvements
  • • Ability to work from any country in the world for up to 3 months per year (with certain limitations)
  • • Enhanced family leave pay and Cycle to work scheme
  • • Regular social gatherings with a monthly allowance for each employee
  • • Pension scheme and Choice of workstation
  • • Fun, collaborative environment focused on making a difference in the world
