  • • Own and exceed revenue targets for a portfolio of mid-market advertisers in the Entertainment vertical, acting as JioStar’s single-point ambassador for every account you manage.
  • • Build and maintain a healthy, data-driven sales pipeline that spans both Digital and TV platforms; proactively flag risks, forecast accurately, and ensure every stage of the funnel meets JioStar’s high process standards.
  • • Deliver consultative, insight-led pitches that translate client KPIs into bespoke cross-platform ad solutions—leveraging JioStar’s 750-million weekly reach to unlock incremental spend and long-term partnerships.
  • • Deepen client intimacy through quarterly business reviews, joint business plans, case-study co-creation, and on-camera testimonials that showcase measurable ROI and cement JioStar as the category’s innovation partner.
  • • Negotiate and close complex, multi-product deals (video, display, sponsorship, branded content, data segments) while balancing rate, volume, and inventory priorities to maximize yield and margin.
  • • Orchestrate flawless campaign execution by collaborating with Planning, Operations, Creative Solutions, and Ad-Ops teams; ensure briefs are sharp, timelines are met, and post-campaign analytics are ready for renewal conversations.
  • • Stay ahead of India’s rapidly converging Digital + TV ecosystem—track emerging ad-tech, audience shifts, competitive moves, and regulatory updates—then translate insights into proactive upsell or defensive strategies.
  • • Expand JioStar’s mid-market footprint by hunting whitespace accounts, reactivating dormant advertisers, and running structured outbound sprints that convert cold leads into signed IOs.
  • • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene (Salesforce or equivalent) so leadership has real-time visibility into revenue health, pipeline velocity, and client engagement scores.
  • • Champion JioStar’s diversity and inclusion ethos in every client interaction, ensuring that campaigns reflect the rich tapestry of Indian audiences and that your network is as inclusive as the content we create.
