- • Architect the future of Europe’s leading finance workspace. As Senior Expert Product Manager you will own the foundational platform that 600,000+ SMEs rely on every day to invoice, spend, and close their books. Your roadmap will influence every screen, interaction, and navigation pattern across web, iOS, and Android.
- • Transform loosely defined, cross-cutting challenges into concrete, high-impact initiatives. You will continuously explore customer problems, validate hypotheses through user interviews and quantitative data, and translate insights into clear, testable bets that move both customer delight and business metrics.
- • Drive end-to-end delivery of platform capabilities—from discovery and scoping through design, engineering, QA, launch, and post-launch iteration. You will partner daily with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Compliance, and Support to ensure quality, speed, and measurable outcomes.
- • Shape product strategy for the entire navigation and discovery layer of the Qonto app. You will prioritize what truly moves the needle, align 20+ product teams around shared goals, and create decision frameworks that scale as the company grows.
- • Define and evangelize patterns, standards, and reusable components that are adopted by every squad. You will work hand-in-hand with the Design System team to specify interaction states, motion principles, accessibility rules, and API contracts that raise the bar for the whole experience.
- • Serve two distinct user groups: external customers who need to find features quickly and internal teams who need to ship faster without reinventing the wheel. You will balance conflicting needs, negotiate trade-offs, and secure adoption without direct authority.
- • Master the art of systems thinking. You will map complex user journeys across banking, invoicing, spend management, and pre-accounting, abstract common elements, and design platform primitives that feel simple, coherent, and unmistakably “Qonto.”
- • Champion customer obsession across the company. You will run weekly user interviews, share bite-sized insights on Slack, host cross-team learning sessions, and ensure every decision starts with real customer pain.
- • Own the metrics that matter: task success rate, time-to-value, feature discoverability, and cross-sell activation. You will instrument analytics, run A/B tests, and iterate until the numbers—and the smiles—prove you’ve nailed it.
- • Elevate the craft of product management. You will mentor senior PMs, contribute to our product playbook, and push the boundaries of what a fintech platform can be—secure, fast, joyful, and unmistakably human.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record (5+ years) shipping complex, cross-platform products at scale—ideally in fintech, SaaS, or marketplace environments
- • Deep expertise in systems thinking: ability to abstract transversal elements, map intricate user flows, and translate them into reusable platform capabilities
- • Former designer or engineer strongly preferred—demonstrated obsession with interaction details, component states, motion, and accessibility
- • Exceptional stakeholder management: experience influencing without authority, aligning diverse teams, and securing adoption across engineering, design, and business functions
- • Fluency in modern product discovery techniques—continuous user interviews, rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and data-informed prioritization
