  • • As a Senior Feasibility Associate at Precision Medicine Group, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of pre-award, post-award, rescue, and stand-alone feasibility projects across key LATAM markets including Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. Your work directly enables biotech and pharma clients to make informed decisions about clinical trial site selection and study feasibility, contributing to faster, more efficient trial execution.
  • • Day to day, you will conduct global feasibility analyses by reviewing clinical protocols, study assumptions, and client information; perform competitive, historical recruitment, epidemiology, and site/country analyses; present findings and recommendations to business development and client teams; collaborate with internal and external partners to gather feasibility data; lead site outreach efforts for pre-award opportunities; and support post-award feasibility deliverables including site identification, enrollment modeling, and study strategy development.
  • • You will join a scientifically driven, global team at Precision Medicine Group, a trusted partner to biotech and pharmaceutical companies, where feasibility expertise is central to operational strategy and business development. The team operates in a matrix environment, values ownership and quality, and supports innovation in clinical trial feasibility processes across diverse therapeutic areas and geographies.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in clinical trial feasibility, site identification, and enrollment modeling; strengthen your analytical and presentation skills; gain experience working with cross-functional teams in a global setting; and contribute to high-impact projects that shape clinical trial execution strategy for sponsors.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline
  • • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in feasibility analysis, site identification, or clinical trial support
  • • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) at a professional level
  • • Strong IT and data analysis skills, including advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with web/data-based platforms
  • • Demonstrated knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines
  • • Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel, including overnight stays
