Definely, a rapidly growing LegalTech innovator, is seeking an experienced Senior Field Marketer to spearhead our US field marketing strategy. This pivotal role is designed for a dynamic individual who thrives at the intersection of strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, and compelling content creation, all aimed at driving demand generation, empowering our sales teams, and amplifying brand growth within the crucial US market.
  • • In this capacity, you will be the architect and executor of Definely's presence in the US, bringing our innovative solutions to life for legal professionals. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing integrated marketing programs that span a variety of channels, including impactful in-person and virtual events, targeted content, direct email outreach, and robust sales enablement initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to building scalable marketing programs that resonate with our target audience and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • • A core facet of this role involves orchestrating and delivering a diverse range of events. This includes meticulously planning and executing high-profile conferences, intimate executive dinners and breakfasts, insightful roundtables, engaging roadshows, and informative webinars. Each event will be a strategic touchpoint designed to foster relationships, showcase Definely's value proposition, and generate qualified leads. You will manage the entire event lifecycle, from initial concept and budget allocation to promotional activities, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up and analysis.
  • • Beyond event management, you will be a key player in translating overarching marketing strategies into actionable, in-market campaigns. This involves a deep understanding of how to leverage a mix of channels – events, content, email marketing, digital advertising, and sales enablement tools – to create a cohesive and powerful marketing engine. Your ability to see the big picture and execute the granular details will be paramount to success.
  • • Collaboration with our Sales team is central to this role. You will work hand-in-hand with regional sales leaders to understand and support their specific priorities, identify and target key accounts, and develop tailored initiatives that capitalize on sales opportunities. This includes a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, ensuring our marketing efforts are precisely aligned with sales objectives and customer engagement.
  • • Content creation and adaptation will be another significant responsibility. You will be tasked with developing and refining high-quality content that supports both overarching campaigns and specific field programs. This includes crafting compelling event copy, developing persuasive sales collateral, producing insightful case studies that highlight customer success, and generating thought leadership pieces that position Definely as a leader in the legal tech space. A critical aspect of this will be localizing and refining global messaging to ensure it resonates powerfully and clearly with the nuances of the US legal market, maintaining consistency and impact.
  • • As the owner of end-to-end program execution, you will meticulously manage timelines, oversee budgets, drive promotional efforts, and ensure effective post-program follow-up and lead nurturing. Your organizational prowess and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring seamless delivery and maximum impact.
  • • Building and nurturing relationships with key industry partners, professional associations, and the broader legal community is vital. These connections will serve as valuable channels for collaboration, co-marketing opportunities, and market intelligence, further strengthening Definely's position.
  • • Finally, you will be responsible for rigorously tracking, measuring, and reporting on the performance of all programs and campaigns. This includes a keen focus on key metrics such as pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and return on investment (ROI), providing data-driven insights to optimize future strategies and demonstrate marketing's value to the business.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing roles, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • • Experience supporting B2B SaaS sales teams, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in legal tech, enterprise software, or professional services industries.
  • • Proven track record of planning, executing, and measuring high-impact events and regional marketing programs that drive measurable results.
  • • Strong sales partnership mindset; you understand how marketing directly contributes to revenue generation and are adept at collaborating with sales teams to achieve shared goals.
  • • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Analytical approach with demonstrable experience in measuring and reporting on marketing program performance and ROI.
  • • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different teams and levels.
