- • Own end-to-end planning and execution of regional field marketing programs designed to generate measurable pipeline and revenue for a high-growth healthcare AI company.
- • Build and scale a field marketing engine from scratch as the first in-house hire, defining processes, playbooks, and reporting frameworks for regional events.
- • Partner closely with Sales teams to drive pre-event targeting, meeting booking, and post-event follow-ups to ensure seamless pipeline conversion.
- • Develop and maintain feedback loops with Sales to track pipeline attribution, conversion rates, and ROI of field marketing initiatives.
- • Manage multiple concurrent field marketing programs across regions, including executive dinners, customer events, and roadshows, with a planned 100+ events this year.
- • Oversee vendor relationships, event logistics, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective and high-impact execution.
- • Analyze event performance data to optimize strategy, refine targeting, and scale successful programs into repeatable, scalable models.
- • Operate with full ownership of field marketing outcomes, accountable for direct contribution to revenue and pipeline growth.
- • Work in a hybrid model requiring 3 days per week in either San Francisco or New York City, with frequent travel to support regional events and client engagements.
- • Collaborate directly with the Head of Events and cross-functional leadership to align field marketing strategy with broader GTM objectives.
- • Translate high-level business goals into tactical, data-driven field marketing campaigns that resonate with healthcare providers and health systems.
- • Establish standardized reporting mechanisms to quantify the impact of field activities on sales velocity and customer acquisition.
- • Maintain operational rigor across budget management, timeline adherence, and performance tracking to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- • Contribute to the company’s mission of eliminating friction in healthcare communication by enabling providers to deliver faster, better care through targeted field engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7+ years of field/event marketing experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech
- • Proven zero-to-one experience building field marketing programs from scratch
- • Strong sales alignment experience, including pipeline metrics and follow-up workflows
- • Track record of executing in-person events tied to pipeline generation
- • Operational rigor across processes, reporting, and budget management
- • Based in San Francisco or New York City with willingness for hybrid work and frequent travel
