- • Partner with business leaders to understand financial needs and align strategies with organisational goals.
- • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to evaluate performance, identify trends, and predict outcomes.
- • Analyse financial data and deliver clear, actionable reports and presentations to senior management.
- • Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- • Identify risks and opportunities, recommend mitigation strategies, and support new financial systems and process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of finance experience in a global organisation, including financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- • Advanced technical skills in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Adaptive Planning, Workday, and QuickSight is a plus.
- • Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques with a focus on accuracy and insight.
- • Proven collaboration experience across regions, teams, and external partners to drive performance and solve problems.
- • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
- • Professional certification such as CFA, CA or MBA in Finance.
