- • As a Senior Finance Analyst supporting General and Administrative (G&A) functions, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision-making that supports senior leadership and corporate strategy.
- • You will lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning for G&A functions, prepare performance reports, track KPIs and spending trends, and provide actionable insights to function leaders and Corporate FP&A.
- • You will partner with finance and business leaders to improve budgeting processes, standardize reporting, enhance ERP and reporting tools, and support cost optimization and workforce planning initiatives.
- • You will develop financial models, conduct ad hoc analysis, and contribute to process improvements that increase accuracy and reduce manual effort, all while operating in a global, remote-first environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- • 4+ years of related business experience in Finance with a track record of graduated and scalable success
- • Experience in accessing, querying, and manipulating data within ERP systems such as SAP, Hyperion (HFM/Essbase), and Business Objects
- • Fluent in English at CEFR C1 level or higher
- • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office applications
- • Experience working in a global team environment
